We are enjoying the beauty of the fall colors. With Thanksgiving right around the corner, we want to remind you to book early as we usually have a full house during the holiday season. This year in addition to the traditional fare we are planning several vegetarian choices and will be featuring Ed's prize winning Golden Trout from the Great American Seafood Cook Off this past July in New Orleans. He used the locally grown Golden Trout along with ramps and black morel mushrooms.
